Jun 2007 | The quietness of the cottage and location, next to steam railway. Bottle of wine put in cottage and central heating already on for arrival, making us feel welcome.
Mrs Slack, Newark, Nottinghamshire
Jan 2007 | This is the 7th or 8th time I have been to Roesdean, so that must say something. The situation of the cottage is beautiful and the owners are very friendly. I always go in the later part of the year so the weather is getting cold, but the open fire soon warms the place up and this year central heating has been added which makes the cottage a lot warmer in the cold weather. So all in all a very very good place to have a holiday.
Mr Bedford, Hartlepool, Durham

Sep 2006 | The location of the property by the side of the North Yorkshire Moors railway line. Also Goathland and the surrounding moors to walk on. It's also near to the coast.
